"A 1-star rating is actually too generous given this agency's inability to manage the simplest of transactions. I sold a car back in July 2024 and despite repeated requests made over the past 2 months this agency has been unable or unwilling (can't tell if it's intentional or just incompetence) to close out the auto insurance account and issue me a prorated refund. I just spoke with a representative today (this is attempt # 3 at least) who said the issue would be resolved by close of business 2/3/25. I've heard the same commitment the other times I've reached out so we'll see. I will update the rating if and when the issue is resolved to my satisfaction."
